User Management #
This section provides access to manage all the users and user groups on the customer portal. Users can be created and used for multiple purposes.
Users are used for the following areas of the product:
- Reporting - Calls and status changes are logged against users so that performance can monitored and calls more easily identified
- Feature access - Roles are assigned to users to control access to the different features of the product

User Groups #
User groups are used for the following areas of the product:
- Reporting - Calls can be viewed or filtered by group to allow performance to be monitored and call more easily identified
