Requirements #
To use ~.UcClient.~ for Zendesk, the following requirements must be met:

Users must be assigned the following roles/permissions:
- Essential User
- CRM User
- Website Access

Browser #
~.UcClient.~ for Zendesk is supported on the following browsers:
- Chrome
- Firefox
- Edge (New Chromium version)
- Safari
Network Port Requirements #
The following network ports are used by the solution:

Rate Limiting #
At the time of writing, Zendesk implement a per-minute account wide rate-limit on API calls. Depending on the license level your account is using, the maximum number of API requests allowed will vary:
