Settings #
The settings area of the portal provides access to control various aspects of the solution, including the management of users and users groups.
The settings area is accessed by clicking on the cog icon in the top-right of the portal. Only users with permissions to manage at least one area of the settings will be able to view the settings cog.
- General - System settings including Timezone and Location
- User Management - Management of Users & User Groups
- Contact Directories - Management of Contact Directories
- Reporting - Report based settings which effect how call data is stored
- Call Tags - Settings to allow tagging of categories and other data against calls
- Dispositions - Enforced call dispositioning of calls
- Workspaces - Management of Workspaces
- Integration - REST API, Webhooks & CRm Integration configuration
