Feature Overview #
Once logged in, ~.UcClient.~ will monitor phone usage (or register as a softphone), providing useful information on calls and details about the status of colleagues.
- Call Screen -> The calls view provides details of your call history and provides control of making calls and calls which are in progress.
- Presence -> Each ~.UcClient.~ user can control their own 'Presence'. This provides other users with information on availability, over and above whether they are on the phone or not.
- Making Calls -> ~.UcClient.~ provides easy ways for users to make phone calls, helping to speed up the dialing process and reducing mis-dials.
- Notifications -> ~.UcClient.~ monitors phone usage and provides notifications with information including phone number, DID, queue information and prepends.
- Screen Pop -> ~.UcClient.~ can call a URL or EXE on a call ringing or answered event, to perform a basic screen pop.
- Contacts -> ~.UcClient.~'s contact view provides presence and status information on colleagues, helping to users to see who is available and who may be out of the office. In addition, users can access centrally managed contact directories through the contacts view to enable quick dialing of CRM records.
- ACD Control -> ~.UcClient.~'s ACD control allows users to login to start taking ACD calls as well as providing access to view/control their status.
- Dispositions -> Dispositions track the result of each call. Select the result for the call from the available options when prompted to do so.
