Disabling Customer Accounts#The disable option is designed for use with customers who may have missed payments on the service and as a reseller you wish to restrict their access to the system temporarily.
To disable a customer&#39;s access to their account, click the &#39;Edit&#39; button on the customer grid then press the &#39;More&#39; button and select &#39;Disabled&#39;.</description>

If you do not have this option and would like it, please contact your ~.Dimensions.~ account manager to discuss.To enable a customer as a trial, select the &#39;Enable Trial Period&#39; option during the customer&#39;s initial provisioning.</description>
