Making Calls #

~.UcClient.~ provides users with easy ways to make phone calls, speeding up the process of setting up calls.

Dial-pad #

The dial-pad is available when the softphone is idle or can be toggled on during a call to enter DTMF when accessing voicemail or other interactive services.

Dial internal or external numbers using the touch screen. Press the 'Call' button to initiate the call.

Dialing Contacts within ~.UcClient.~ #

Any of the users visible on the Contacts section can be dialed easily, by clicking on the user and pressing 'Call' on the contact form.

Dialing Contacts within iOS #

From any iOS contact, hold down the phone icon and then select ~.UcClient.~ from the menu to initiate a call with the ~.UcClient.~ app.
