The website is designed to work on most modern browsers. This includes:

Edge (New Chromium version)
Safari

Ensure you are running the latest version of your chosen browser to avoid compatibility issues.

Amazon FireTV #

To access the Wallboard from an Amazon Fire TV, the following requirements must be met:

FireTV OS 6 or higher
Mains USB Power
Internet Access (via WiFi or using the optional FireTV Ethernet Adapter)
TV must meet FireTV requirements (HDMI input, 1080 resolution etc.)

Wallboard

Wallboard will dynamically refresh on configuration changes in another browser.
Issue resolved where config updates could cause inconsistent agent numbers.
RoutePath information now updated when call hits a user, not just end of call.
